Very helpful, friendly and they have large sample size chips on paint for free .....I was looking for advice on paint colours and truly found this with Chris the manager! He helped me with colours, paint techniques and much more and I learnt he goes for training on new products etc to gain new knowledge and keep up with new trends, which to me is a big plus! Thank you for making life easier!!!

If you need help with the perfect color from guys who care as much about it as you do , then 12th St. Ben Moore is your place. Both Chris and Howie worked extensively with me, trying to match one of their sample colors. We will all remember CW225! They both tried different formulas in different bases until we found the perfect color. This was after many attempts on my own. I really appreciate their courteous , professional help.

The staff is incredibly helpful. I needed to color match an “odd” color. Woody spearheaded the project and was determined to make the match happen.
